  1. Prices shown are valid for online orders only plus shipping.
  2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
  3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
  4. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will notify you by phone or email if there is a pricing error.
  5. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact email has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use email to cancel such an order.
  6. All items are for one (excluding kits), regardless of picture depiction, unless otherwise stated specifically in writing.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage or corrosion due to accidents, misuse, or alterations.
  • Normal wear, tear or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation, blurring, etc.
  • Items or accessories used in applications for which they are not designed.
  • Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed by tracking number to have been delivered.

Shipping Policy

Weekend orders will normally be processed the next business day.

  • Most of the orders are shipped complete within 3-4 business days.  Due to changing daily conditions it may take up to 2 weeks or longer for orders to arrive.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Shipping prices and “Free Shipping” offer shown is for deliveries to Continental US only.
  • Overseas deliveries is responsibility of the buyer.
  • Large sized packages may incur additional charges; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • The price for shipping methods is contingent on items being in stock.  Otherwise shipping methods is for when item comes in.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times.
  • We are not held responsible for shipments not arriving by estimated arrival date.  
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost.
  • We do not ship COD orders.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is normally 2-10 business days from completed order. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Seller is responsible for getting the package to the address show and is confirmed by tracking number issued by carrier.  Seller is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been confirmed by tracking number to have been delivered.  Seller will not be held accountable or responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If special delivery instructions are left with order, seller will make attempts to abide by instructions but will not be held accountable for carrier not following through.  

Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect items. We put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do not accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery with the shipper present and have shipper acknowledge and make a note of damages if any.  If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent you being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for damaged or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned items.
  • We cannot take back used items.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any items we find have been used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Damaged or Defective items will be replacement only.  No refunds will be given.
  • Freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
  • Please be aware the bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. 
  • All orders cancelled by customer once order is started to be processed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.  Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
